All visitors who come by train receive a discount on standard non-reduced admission fees. This discount is valid for all TGO tickets and the Baden-Württemberg Ticket (regional day ticket) but NOT for the Konus-Karte. On presentation of a valid ticket, you will receive the following price reduction:
- € 9.00 instead of € 10.00 for adults
- € 4.00 instead of € 5.50 for children and adolescents (6 - 17 years)

Family day pass + 1 child (parents with their minor child) € 23.00
Family day pass + 2 children (parents with their minor children) € 28.00
Family day pass + 3 children or more (parents with their minor children) € 32.00
Groups with at least 15 persons (price per person) € 9.00

School classes (per student): The group price can only be given if the tickets are bought by one person for the whole group.

The „Oberrheinischer Museums-Pass“ and the „SchwarzwaldCard“ are accepted and sold at the entrance. Here the "SchwarzwaldCard" is explained by Anni, the mascot of the Black Forest.

Also the „Gutachtalcard“ is accepted.
